Our Clarksburg Viognier is golden straw in color with a blast in the nose of fresh stone fruits; nectarine, orange blossom, and lemon meringue. Concentrated tropical flavors cover your mouth upon first sip; mango, breadfruit, orange pound cake, Tahitian vanilla, lemon curd, and white peach with a long lingering finish.
Honeysuckle blossom and citrus fruit, with some peach and apricot flavors makes this wine very fruity and enjoyable.
The color is deep ruby. Bing cherry and plum dominates the bouquet, followed by aromas of crushed black pepper, boysenberry and wild strawberry. Eucalyptus, cedar and cola fill the palate. The wine finishes with subtle oak nuances and integrated acid balance. This is a medium bodied wine with a cellar life of 5-8 years
